CS2Nordics - The Nordic Conference on Computational Social Science
CS2Nordics 2026 is the first plenary meeting of Nordic Society for Computational Social Science (NoSoCSS). It is a venue for the members of the Society to meet, present their research, and create new collaborations. Computational Social Scientists from the global community are also very welcome to attend and share their work. The conference welcomes work at the intersection of computational methods and the social and behavioral sciences, spanning economics, sociology, political science, psychology, cognitive science, and computer science.

Submission
CS2Nordics accepts extended abstracts of up to 2 pages, including one single display item (figure, table) and excluding references. Submissions must be formatted according to the official LaTeX or Word templates
We welcome original and unpublished work as well as work already published or under review. All submissions undergo single-blind peer review by the Program Committee. The conference does not produce archival proceedings. Accepted work will be presented as:
- Plenary oral presentations — approximately 12-15 minutes
- Poster presentations — during dedicated sessions
Conference attendees are limited to a maximum of 2 presentations each.

Program
CS2Nordics 2026 will feature a program of contributed talks and poster presentations, selected through peer review, alongside two invited keynotes from leading researchers in Computational Social Science.
The program will also include dedicated NoSoCSS networking activities, designed to foster connections across the Nordic CSS community. Further details will be released soon.
